the Founder
Founder Traci Flynn has spent 26 years in the banking and financial industry, with experience spanning a national bank, a mortgage company, and a community bank. Her 20-year tenure at Holladay Bank & Trust, a single-branch bank in Utah later acquired and now operating as Redemption Bank, shaped her deep commitment to community banking. As a member of the executive management team, she helped develop programs, strengthen relationships, and guide the institution through multiple economic cycles, including the 2008 recession and recovery, the COVID era, and beyond.
In parallel with her banking career, Traci and her husband owned and operated a successful small business for 12 years, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges small businesses face when accessing capital and managing growth. This dual perspective, inside the bank and alongside the borrower, allows her to bridge gaps between institutions and the communities they serve. It is this experience, judgment, and sense of responsibility that led her to establish Flynn Consulting, with a singular focus on strengthening small banks and the small businesses that are the backbone of Main Street America.
